Greater Franklin Economic and Community Development
A vital partner within Franklin County, GFECD brings established relationships with local municipalities, businesses, and community leaders. Their intimate knowledge of the local context, existing initiatives, and key stakeholders is essential for identifying participating communities, engaging residents, and ensuring the project is relevant and well-received within the region. GFECD's on-the-ground presence and understanding of local economic drivers are invaluable to the project's success.
Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments
We are collaborating with the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments to ensure our efforts complement and reinforce ongoing regional planning services. AVCOG's expertise in land use planning and their understanding of broader regional goals help us to align the Housing Forward Communities project with existing planning frameworks and avoid duplication of effort. Their insights contribute to a more cohesive and effective approach to addressing housing needs in the region.
